Fascia is a tough connective tissue which spreads throughout the body in a 3-dimensional web from head to foot. Trauma, posture or inflammation can create a twisting pressure to these tissues causing restrictions in the muscles, blood vessels, osseous structures and organs which may not show up on standard tests like x rays, CAT scans etc. Most go undiagnosed but can cause repeated suffering.
